Sales leadership is some of the worst I've ever experienced with no clear direction, no metrics, no autonomy. Salary and OTE were dramatically overstated during the interview process. Company strategy is unclear at best with weak leadership. Majority of staff are contractors and there are no benefits. Working environment is mandatory 4 days in office. Hours/days are not flexible. Office is located in Railtown area (ie DTES) with lack of secure parking. You will pass feces, discarded needles, open drug use etc on your way to work.
