Pros

There aren't any. I tried very hard to think of some.

Cons

This felt like a toxic work environment. Lots of ego and attitude from management. The owners actions came off as manipulative.

Pros

- Somewhat flexible vacation times - Social gatherings on Friday: free beer, sometimes food - Good work-life balance for the most part - Lateral movement is possible

Cons

- Majority of employees are underpaid and suspiciously all immigrants or minorities while most C-suite or managerial positions are held by Jewish white men - High turnover among employees, aside from C-suite and managerial positions - Tolerant to "subtle" workplace bullying based on race and gender - Male-dominated company - No health insurance or RRSP or equity - Building bathrooms are always disgusting, never cleaned - CEO hovers and watches everyone like a hawk - Office feels sterile and lacks any genuine character

Pros

You will get to see what's it like to work for a not so great company

Cons

Most 1 star reviews already covered what I wanted to share. Not sure what's with the 5-star reviews. Some current employees listed their titles in their reviews. Could it be because they were asked to write a good review and needed proof that they completed their assignment, or maybe they were not asked to write the review and decided to leave the title to get on the owner's good list? Who know... Stay away from this place unless you are desperate.
