- Great product to work on - Motivated, like-minded colleagues - Excellent working conditions (hardware, office, work atmosphere, work from home possibilities, full autonomy in doing your job)
Cons
- Work can be stressful sometimes as ioki is on an ambitious growth path - Communications between departments becomes more and more difficult as the company grows / people don't know what other people do / work on
