Great group of people with a focus on 'Team Work'. Leadership is committed to keeping everyone informed about the company's strategic objectives and encourages engagement. With this being a younger company, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. If you work hard and want to take on more responsibility and make an impact on the company, there are opportunities and support for that too. The company environment is fun, fast-paced, exciting and has rapid growth.
Cons
If you want to be micro-manged, do the same thing every day, and don't like to learn and contribute ideas, this most likely would not be a good fit for you.

Lot's of different projects, working with Fortune 500 companies, and exposure to cutting edge technologies are part of the experience of working at iShift. It's a collaborative team-focused work environment where everyone helps out. Very positive fun place to work with a lot of upside.
Cons
Projects can be demanding. Working with/for large corporations can be difficult.
