- Great company to kickstart your career - Great working culture and supportive colleague - Pantry always filled with food
Cons
- A lot of tasks still very manual (already voice out but reluctant to change) - can be a bit bias towards certain department -Client priority (which means there's is no bottom line when dealing with clients, just agree on what they want without discussing with other department's opinion) - Imbalance of task distribution - Very low pay and most of time need to work overtime
