- A lot of tasks still very manual (already voice out but reluctant to change) - can be a bit bias towards certain department -Client priority (which means there's is no bottom line when dealing with clients, just agree on what they want without discussing with other department's opinion) - Imbalance of task distribution - Very low pay and most of time need to work overtime

So far no issue, salary always on time. The HR is helpful

Nothing so far. Since we are contracted out to their clients, they're no much interaction. Maybe thats the cons.
