Pros

Laid back atmosphere, friendly folks

Cons

CEO needs to stop worrying about his appearance and status and worry about funding the business, poor equipment and poorly maintained equipment, outdated technology and software, won't spend ANY funds to fix or upgrade anything, lack of organization and structure, staff doesn't know much about web development, to much "mine mine mine" mentality

Pros

While I worked there my co-workers were great. Everyone got along from different departments, and there wasn't any "my department is better than your department".

Cons

CEO was horrible. He wanted to rule his employees with an iron fist. He used fear tatics to scare people, like threating to lay people off. He also had all the monitors pointed in a way that he could walk by and see what everyone was doing. He was more interested in promoting his ego than running the company.

Pros

- Friendly co-workers - Allows content creators to work without too much overhead - Good benefits - Good pay

Cons

- CEO is hardly ever around - Management doesn't know what to do half the time. - Hardware was constantly failing so we couldn't do our jobs. - Management would frequently leave for parties/leisure trips. - Close proximity to very loud co-workers that made it hard to concentrate. - CEO forces his personal beliefs on employees. - During layoffs, management remained quiet and wouldn't tell us what was going on.
