1. You get to learn a lot of new modern technologies 2. If the company is in good growth phase , there are lot of good events that you can enjoy 3. Chance to work with some of the most fun and talented people I had the pleasure of working with . Learnt a lot from them :)

Cons

1. The workplace has become a bit toxic so there is very low work life balance. 2. Too much expectations for the deliverables most of which are unrealistic 3. A lot of issues with salaries and promises . Although credited on time , many of the components are not paid and even not informed earlier 4. Very big communication gap between employer and employees due to which most of the times , there is no clear understanding of issues that arises in the organization.
