Flexible hours, small teams (you get to know everyone real quick), nice atmosphere
Cons
The company management is not interested in what their employees work is about. There are obvious favouritism, unrealistic expectations, favour of appearance rather than achievements, and the old school carott and stick style that need to be addressed.
