Fast-paced, but not chaotic you’re given ownership and trust. Opportunities to explore cloud, backend, DevOps, and even product thinking depending on your interest.
Cons
Fast growth means occasional ambiguity, things move quickly and priorities can shift. Workload can get heavy during crunch times, common in startups.
