Don’t join this shambles of a company if you want your mental health intact, you’ll also lose your passion for your work…and life in general…. They are constantly changing targets to reach incentives, racism is covered up and they removed reviews about it but they bang on about how diverse and inclusive they are, benefits are given then taken away months after, MD has no idea what he is doing other than spinning out cliché positive quotes, there is zero trust and if you do something good the leaders will still find a way to make it negative. They’ll pull you in by promising things, but it soon becomes clear it’s all a bunch of lies. It’s an anxiety driven environment, and your passion for recruitment or sales will be lost after working for this place not long after joining. This place does not reflect what recruitment can be. They will fire people after a matter of weeks for what they call under performance but they brush aside big issues. They pretend to support you when dealing with personal issues but talk about you behind your back, different rules for different people…just depends who they like. It’s a revolving door, and shocking how little growth they have had (or haven’t had) in all these years, previously Ampersand Consulting but rebranded to develop - check out those reviews for the truth. All good reviews are written by current employees who are asked to do this. The list could go on and on for how appalling this company truly is.
