This company is not your typical silicon valley startup where profitability is a challenge and the runway is finite. DLAI has been sustainable and profitable since day one and actually has its own portfolio of investment companies that it is a major shareholder in through the reinvestment of profits. Future plans include more sustainable growth and a global impact on access to education.
Cons
This is a hardworking team so if your idea of a good work-life balance is light hours and lots of time off then this might not be the right fit for you.

Very flexible, extremely kind coworkers, motivating work, and I love what DLAI is doing in the education space!
