I would definitely struggle to list PROS to work for ctrl QS... Colleagues? that's a NO Salary? definitely a huge NO Workload? ... Management? the biggest NO ever!

This is not the place you wanna be: Colleagues in general (there are exceptions, of course) are pushed to take advantage of every misstep and tend to splurge even on results achieved by others. Respect and cooperation are far from being observed Salary: you get paid the same as a normal customer service employee, but you definitely get more stressed Benefits: a huge mirage Working at ctrl QS means working under constant pressure at a very high level, without any kind of organization or direction from those in charge, forcing you to independently seek out all the basic knowledge necessary for your daily work if you want to avoid leaving a bad impression on your client. People get promoted just because they are friends with someone, otherwise don't expect your career to improve at all. Most of the positive reviews you read on Glassdoor came about because of an explicit request from management, and of course those who did that made sure it was shared internally. Suddenly, the review score moved from a 3.2 to a 3.9...
