      This is a company where strategy and care go hand in hand. Leadership is thoughtful, transparent, and focused on building a business that balances success with doing right by employees and clients. There’s a strong culture of accountability, but it’s paired with support—whether that’s structured development plans, clear expectations, or making space for feedback. The company is in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, especially in areas like ITSM platform modernization, AI adoption, and cybersecurity services. Teams are given real ownership and the opportunity to help shape how we deliver value. I also appreciate the genuine investment in employee well-being—from responsive HR to efforts around team development, communication, and cross-functional alignment. It's clear that people matter here, and that’s reflected not just in words, but in action.

      Cons

      As with many growing companies, we’re still streamlining internal processes and decision-making. At times, the pace can feel fast and priorities shift quickly, which requires adaptability. That said, leadership is aware and working to improve how we focus and execute.

Pace and shifting priorities can create friction, and it’s on leadership to bring more clarity—priorities, roles, resourcing, and roadblock removal—so teams can execute without unnecessary churn.       Good People Doing Hard Work, but Upper Management Lacks Direction

      Pros

      The technical staff are solid hardworking, knowledgeable, and doing their best to keep things afloat despite the dysfunction. I gained valuable hands-on experience with provisioning systems, scripting, and process automation through my own initiative not because of company support.

      Cons

      The work culture is defined by micromanagement, favoritism, and a complete lack of accountability among leadership. HR is ineffective and exists primarily to protect management rather than support employees. Formal complaints — including ADA-related concerns and documented hostile behavior — were ignored or dismissed entirely. Upper management routinely takes credit for the work of frontline staff and openly disrespects those who try to improve processes. Innovation is treated as a threat rather than a strength. Communication is non-existent. Important decisions that affect provisioning and client experience are made without consulting the teams doing the actual work. Recognition is rare unless you're part of the inner circle. If you challenge broken systems or speak up about mistreatment, you become a target. Leadership cultivates a culture of fear and control, not trust or growth. Professional development and career advancement are a joke here.

      Open door policy with leadership. Always encouraged to speak up with any concerns. Culture of care is an obvious priority for internal and external clients.
