      Great culture and social events, salary increases, great team members, great learning opportunities, management cares your opinion

      Benefits could be better, not having a promotion option like your title change etc. , using mostly/only Microsoft technologies

      Great large scale projects, great company culture, very friendly people, great office, easy to work with management

      There isn't any real con, sometimes workload gets light but who doesn't need a break every now and then
