Pros
Great experienced and diverse team, state of the art tech stack, great Leaders, Holacracy, agile work, great culture, nice and social atmosphere and open communication. A lot of education for employees and to gear. Remote work is possible. but I enjoyed being in the office. Great coding houses.
Cons
Big custom solutions that differ from some conventions but are handled professionally and with modern technology.
