      -very collaborative and supportive environment -the leadership evidently not only has expertise but also a clear and achievable vision for the future -flat structure company encouraging everyone to voice their ideas -great social events (and even greater plans for the future ones!)

      Pros

      The execs really care about everyone that works at B10. Every opinion and suggestion is valued. There is so much opportunity across B10 to get involved with something exciting, and be a fundamental part of growing the business. The company consists of a really friendly group of people. Diverse workforce - B10 works really hard to offer opportunities to those they see a spark in.

      Cons

      As a small business, you'd expect that the systems and processes are still maturing - which is exactly the case here. People who want to build and own process will thrive at B10. Benefits package is conservative, but growing. Leadership is receptive to ideas and actively working on ways to offer more to their employees.
