Poisonous place, high on egos low in creativity

The Client. If you have the global account for Mercedez Benz you should be doing a better job. Office is pretty, well located. People try to be nice, but they fail.
Cons
White German boys club. With terrible English skills - even if they hold a global account. A bunch of pretentious kiddos as creative directors, can’t even talk to a client properly. self absorbed and inexperienced ECDs, stuck in the 80s. They like the hype of working with luxury, but they have neither talent or respect for creativity. Half boiled ideas and scripts thrown at production companies and fancy directors along with some millions (rich client for German standards). The good work is due to the hard working production companies they partner with. Very local perspective of the ad market, limited vision. Sexist environment, looks matter a lot, and being cool cat too. Disrespect is the norm, and firing people too. You don’t want to be a woman there, unless you are willing to sleep with the white german boys.
