Above average pay Standard working hours Often had free lunch or cakes No big deal was made over mistakes as long as you were honest about them There was clear and consistent improvement over time of everything listed on cons

Processes were not properly standardised making employee onboarding difficult Conflicting instructions from management Often completely unprofessional management Promises made by management were seldom kept
