      Pros

      Supportive, good variety of brands. Sizeable Ambassador discount, sizeable commission on sales.

      Cons

      Not enough info being shared with ambassadors, not knowing when a brand is having a sale so we can promote- or the duration. Not knowing if a brand isn't going to be carried anymore. Minor con- Free shipping on orders over $100... Amazon offers free Standard or two day shipping on orders as low as $49.

      Pros

      I must say that working at Zindigo has opened up many doors for me because what I earned in experience was a gold mine. I started out as a digital marketer but then morphed into a designer as well as a marketer. There were opportunities to do projects that I was more interested in and my creativity flourished. Working at a start-up environment will always have that benefit. This one in particular was varied in its needs and as long as you have the skill set and are always pushing yourself to learn more, upper management noticed that.

      Cons

      The schedule and hours can be very demanding and stressful, but that is to be expected with a small start-up.You will literally always find that with smaller companies with smaller staff.

      Pros

      I am so happy at this company, and was in shock of some past reviews. Co workers - best you will ever have. Exciting place to work. Super cool shopping discounts / health benefits / good salary / easy hours / stock options /got promoted after a year. Challenging, fun social, tech environment, high energy, growing company.

      Cons

      Some last minute changes, big learning curves and deadlines.
