Pros

- Fantastic consultants, particularly in the Penetration Testing Team, who are always happy to share knowledge and experience - Technical Director is excellent and the major leadership component that makes the company good to work for. - The limited clients that are still loyal are good to work for

Cons

[Be aware of fake reviews on Glassdoor from a member of the senior management team] - Senior operations management is fully detrimental to the day-to-day functioning of the business. - Micromanagement from the top is never addressed - Direct (often aggressive) contact with clients regularly destroys good relationships previously made by sales personnel, consultants and the like , which is never addressed. - Repeated bullying from the top is never addressed - A 'Stay in your own lane' mentality is promoted, when the internal desire is to collaborate more effectively in a small business is clearly more effective - Contractual arrangements leave wide-open holes in remuneration and career advancements - Zero HR management, leading to regular HR mismanagement - For an organisation at the forefront of information security consultancy, severely behind on the regular IT operational structure and modern office working culture - Senior consultants have been harassed out of the organisation through belittling treatment, micromanagement, and continual arrogance from the top.

Pros

Salary, ‘some’ nice people, not much else.

Cons

Toxic working environment. Culture of bullying. Awful place to work. If I could put zero stars I would. You only have to look at some of the responses to other comments to see the kind of people they are, venomous. So many people can’t be wrong about them.

Pros

Honestly not sure what to put here. Maybe that you get time off over Christmas? Feels like a standard practice nowadays though.

Cons

Shockingly toxic workplace culture. Genuinely not sure how the company is still standing - from what I understand, management has treated employees poorly for years. It's faced abnormally high employee turnover since the beginning. Even during the beginning of the pandemic, management forced employees to work from the office, despite government recommendations for non-essential workers to work from home. This company cares far, far more about revenue than the health and wellness of their employees. They'll lie to you in the interviews and raise your expectations, then it'll be difficult for you to leave - if you take a day off work, management suspects you have a job interview and interrogates you about it. Toxic, toxic, toxic.
