      The company lets you work remotely

      Cons

      Retroactively took money out of my 401k for two years after I left. Claimed that they made an administrative error despite using the same matching policy for over five years. Can't trust them to do things right, can't trust them to do the right thing.

      Pros

      The team is great from all perspectives. Every employee is a professional, easy to communicate and highly motivated person. The goals of the company are clear and ambitious enough. The product and the whole industry is young, that's why there are a lot of interesting tasks to develop.

      Cons

      The company is still small, so processes are still in development. I believe that this is a great opportunity for new employees to make an impact and help the company to grow.
