      Pros

      Great clients - the biggest firms in the space and amazing fee sizes. Opportunity to earn very well with strong commission structure. Relaxed culture. No micro managing. Good benefits and rewards.

      Cons

      Super high bar at our clients so difficult to get deals over the line. No remote work opportunity.

      Pros

      The day is well structured and split between clients in different timezones US / UK/ ASIA. The team is very collaborative and more experienced staff members always have time to explain and guide. Since I joined I have learned so much and I'm now reaping the benefits!
