Another basement startup with no work ethics
Pros
Its hard to find any. Its good that people attract you their with the term "fashion & glamour" but actually the reality is worse to digest. If anyone finds it please do let me know.
Cons
Highly unprofessional & unethical work culture. They take things very easy- going, like they prefer to commit verbally instead of going through a documentation process. They keep spying on you with the cameras & mics installed in & outside the office. No fixed working hours & days. They even ask the employees to get their own laptop without taking any kinda responsibility for the same. They don't even pay you well. No other facilities are being provided to you like food and snacks. There is something fishy which always keeps you distracted while working. Staff is also very limited of less then 15 people.
