Pros
The job was interesting and part of a creative industry. There were different types of work that could be done. A lot of the team members were very nice people and easy to work with.
Cons
People in charge were not pleasant, the type of fake-positive dodgy boss who smile and act nice when they have to talk to you but will sit in their office and expect the place to run like a sweat shop, then invent reasons to get rid of employees before they are due a payrise. All of the staff disliked and feared them but weren't able to speak up about it. It wasn't until I left and started working for a much better company that I realised how absolutely miserable I was when working here.
