One can learn a lot if one wants to.
Cons
Too frequent role changes. Attention to the details is missing. CEO is technical, however, he is too much occupied in many other things apart from his core responsibilities. Most of the other top leaders are mostly non-technical and therefore, don't have the capability to dig into the details and take the appropriate decisions. Transparency is absent. If you are under a bad leader, you can't raise your voice.
