I wanted to share my experience at Zinad IT for anyone considering a job in the field, especially new employees:
Salaries are unstable. Since August, the company has been delaying payments, and some employees still haven’t received their November salary. Also, KPIs from September haven’t been paid.
There is no proper follow-up or attention from HR or managers. If you ask about your salary or any inquiries, it feels like you’re on your own with no response.
The work environment is toxic. Some positions involve tasks completely different from what was promised during the interview. Many of the promises made at hiring are not fulfilled.
Unfortunately, the company keeps hiring new employees under the same conditions without resolving existing issues, making the situation very difficult.
Advice: If you are considering joining this company, be aware of the delays and instability, and check other people’s experiences before applying.
