Pros
Situated in a prime location, near the hub that is Grand Central Station, with a staff of mostly genuine hard working individuals in a work environment that is more like a family, what could possibly go wrong?
Cons
Lack of professionalism and reluctance to communicate and be open from the top down. An environment of fear and surveillance of employees, you get critiqued for treating customers with decency and professionalism. When you talk with customers, there is a soft voice whispering in your ear from your co-worker in the distance, coming straight from the top, telling you to "Shut up!"
