      Pros

      Pro: tries to stick to their pto policies. Supportive working team below director level

      Cons

      Pushes wellness and balance but penalize you for it. Inconsistent management ideas and philosophy They offer no PIP plan , even after years of employment. They offer no warning written or verbal. If they want to fire you, they will fire you and that's that. The inconsistent feedback makes accomplishing tasks near impossible and looks something like: wonderful yearly review feedback one week and being let go the next.

      The youth are absolutely incredible and some of the work-related trips (conferences or camping) are great networking and facilitation experiences.

      Cons

      The hours demanded of you, and emotional capacity, is extremely high.
