Please reach out to me directly as I would be very interested in hearing more about your experience as an employee and looking how we can make improvements. It's interesting that your perception is of consequential turnover as our rolling 12 month attrition is at 10%, well below the tech industry average of 18%. We are spending a lot of time and resource on upskilling our managers so I am disappointed to hear your opinion of lacking professionalism and of not listening. Thank you for your feedback.
