Great learning environment and helpful colleagues. No politics at all and room to always be able to improve yourself and your skills.

Very high paced environment, needs to be really flexible to change and challenges. Need to be agile and able to problem solve on the fly

- great working environment - friendly boss and mentors - flexible, and can work from home - learn a lot from them

- future employees may not recognise the name of the company, so it has low value in terms of resume building compared to bigger names?
