Pros
When I was working for YOYABA, the company was in its infancy stages and it was a wonderful and rich experience. I learned allot, under the pressure of a emerging startup, and loved the team an spirit of the company. The team at YOYABA was always wonderful and hard working, you can talk to anyone there and they will help you. The team is very united and working together at making YOYABA a better place and delivering top level services for their customers :)
Cons
As it was a startup you had to work allot, which I don't mind, but might not be for everyone. This could be different now though :)
