Pros
The people were are really great; easy to work and get along with. The pay was good, it is the kind of place where you control your own destiny. The commission structure is good. I feel like there is a lot of potential growth within the company. It is a sink or swim type of place, which I liked but I happened to have a different opportunity come up so I left. Vini and the team are fun to hang out with.
Cons
I wish the day started a little sooner, it is a 9-6 place. Would've preferred 8-5.
