      Great Place To Start Your IT Career

      Pros

      Flexible work life balance, Opportunity for remote work, Great support from managers and co-workers, Execellent work enviroment. Company is very supportive and flexible when you decide to move onto your next IT role. Xenontech has helped me learn and expand my IT knowledge and has built my confidence in my ability to problem solve issues. Will miss the team, great company to work for!

      Cons

      Can be a fair bit of travel between schools, Pay isn't the best but that is to be expected with an entry level traineeship IT Job.

      - Working along side a talented and knowledgeable team of technicians. - Staff are friendly and easy to get along with -Excellent working environment at the main office - Members are always helping to teach/refine your IT skills - Company holds various fun team activities at the end of each term - Some computer resources are available, I received a refurbished laptop for on-site use from the company. - The company has helped when I did not have access to transport, through providing a company car until repairs were made. - The company is attentive to employees input and suggestions

      Cons

      - A lot of driving/travelling, which varies based of schedule. May not be for everyone.

      -Great Team members with a wealth of knowledge and commitment to building a strong team. -Open communication with management. -Strong focus on staff finishing/continuing their studies and building skills. -Great access to Cert III/IV in Information Technology with options to continue studies further.

      Cons

      -Lots of travel between site visits. -Low pay rates once studies have been completed.
