Pros

There is no benefit joining or staying in this company.

Cons

No appraisal for years, your bonus will be decided according to management’s needs. If you are leaving the company they make sure your bonus turns to 0. They will train you and slavery company culture and do the same with you, employees are treated as slaves else a direct threat that you will loose your job. There is no communication by the HR on performance etc and 0 control over policies. Whatever management says is done. Your manager will humiliate you in front of your colleagues and client. Unethical HR and management.

Pros

The work is interesting and AI driven

Cons

There is a real lack of communication and everything is drip fed through word of mouth rather than centrally. In the last town hall, the CEO praised the people that worked in the evening and on weekends and said that that was the kind of work ethic we should all aspire to.
