-Strong sense of community (mostly) -Managers usually genuinely care -Lots of support systems and benefits (EAP, WageStream, MediCash)
Cons
-Unreliable and unsociable hours -Standby and Flexi shifts -VERY low pay for what's expected -Unreasonable expectations (Quick turn overs, low staffing percentages) -Corporate feel/Losing sight of the guest experience

Consists of great teams in each department, with strong values in collaboration. Management is friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in seeing employees grow within the company. If you show the right initiative and skill, there are opportunities to move to different departments within the company.
