      Pros

      The HR department is constantly changing as the company is growing and changing as well. There’s different functions in the hr department now so if you intern here take full advantage of learning and experiencing them all. The cofounders are welcoming and encourage everyone to get out of their comfort zone. The work schedule is flexible.

      - Management is indecent towards their own developers and will go to any extent to retain their clients - For this, they will pay less salary to developers and more than average salary to their sales people. It's high time their developers realise that they are underpaid

      I have joined as HR intern, There is something wrong with the employers. Not safe for Girls. Only hiring interns for python, marketing, and HR in order to pay them less while making sure they get the job done. Instead of providing proper guidance, they ask other employers to assign tasks to interns. In the end, they just want to take all the credit and judge the interns and employees based on their appearance. In addition to that, they also criticize their employees.
