Decent place to work

Pros

Surprisingly professional office atmosphere, adheres to labor rules and regulations. Except for training, pretty much does things "by the book". My experience with upper management was that they do care about the individual employees.

Cons

Lack of official training, "learn as you go" kind of place. As with many office jobs, it can be a high school mentality, socially. Have become stricter over the years.

Pros

Mercury took them over and that is the biggest advantage they have now.

Cons

When it was owned by an individual, this company overworked/underpaid.
