      Proprietary codebots software shoehorned into every aspect of the development life cycle, regardless of whether it provides value. Also not many senior developers / mentors.

      The company has such a great culture and an amazing team. The coworkers are very, very supportive, and everyone genuinely helps each other succeed.

      Codebots and management caused liquidation

      The culture recently has been laid back

      Cons

      Being forced to use codebots, one of the most useless pieces of software ever built. So useless that it caused the business to go into liquidation and now everyone has been terminated without notice or pay. The only purpose of WM existence was to fund codebots, a failing idea by someone who thought they were smarter than the rest.
