Pros

Nonexistent I cant think of any pros of working here

Cons

No work life balance You’re on call back to back zoom meetings with clients all day Your whole day you’re in meetings They make you work like a slave 8.5 hour shift You get paid $23 an hour to work a job that should be paying you minimum $90,000+ You’re working a sales, support and customer success role all in one. You’re doing a 3 person job Not worth the money or your mental health

Pros

- Decent training, clear videos - Fully remote work - There is commission/sale bonus

Cons

- Requires you to install software tracking app on your personal laptop. The laptop tracking software "Hubstaff" takes random screenshots and micromanages you - Low pay for what you are required to do - Way too many meetings - A lot of pressure from management to perform well - They throw you into the deep end pretty much before training is completed

Pros

The team along people managers were fantastic in trying their best to make work environment cohesive. Especially when trying to get information from upper management.

Cons

Upper management priority is just in bottom line but keeping employees out of loop of how business was doing in find cost cutting way to get rid of employees as fast as possible.
