      lovely space and some fantastic staff

      Cons

      poor communication from upper management - even essential things like contracts and pay must be chased up internal coordination between teams can be hit or miss

      Lots of different events and shows

      Cons

      Zero interest in staff retention. No support from top down. No processes in place so every event is chaotic and unnecessarily stressful. Nothing seemed to change even though things were brought up again and again.
