      Poor Management, Mentally draining, Emotionally manipulative owner

      Pros

      The wait Staff and cast were always a pleasure to work with and will make your work life there bearable.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely shocking and leave no room for growth. Any and all ideas to help the business grow are snuffed and thrown out the window by office staff. Absolutely 0 communication between office staff and floor staff. Management will discriminate against looks and sexual orientation of potential and working staff. Corners are cut in every way possible, including not having a qualified chef.

      Get to wear a costume at work

      Cons

      Belittling behaviour from owner. 0 consistency. Chaos every night due to being understaffed (people not being rostered on). Underpaid for being expected to wear full costume and makeup.

      - Great supportive coworkers for the most part.

      Cons

      - The owner threatened to kill my partner and myself because another coworker offered me a lift home. Make of that what you will. - Bullying from management. - Nepotism.
