      worked closely with ADP Workforce Now (and possibly other modules), gaining technical payroll system expertise, troubleshooting, and vendor management experience.

      Cons

      Unstable financial status, layoffs, and an insecure work environment with constant organizational changes. Limited internal opportunities for professional growth or advancement, operations were shrinking, not expanding.

      You will constantly be under pressure to meet KPIs and targets, and they don't even provide you with enough shifts.

      Cons

      Managing and tracking inventory can be challenging if the inventory tracking system, WID, is riddled with bugs. There's constant pressure from management to meet KPIs and targets. Interestingly, one might find that working at Tim's could be more lucrative than here.

      Working at Wirecomm has been an incredible experience. The team is supportive, and the company values both personal and professional growth. I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology, and the work environment is dynamic and rewarding. It's great to be part of a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction and quality service

      Cons

      The only minor downside was the lack of flexibility in the schedule, but it wasn't a big deal as the work itself was fulfilling, and the team made it worthwhile. Overall, a great place to grow and develop!
