      If u r joining as B2 and below no bench period or loss of pay but tat too policy can be changed whenever they want.

      Cons

      Wipro famous for asking the employee to adhere to policy but the organisation never follow it's policies. It will amend it's policy according to ppl, according to its needs... I don't know whether the HR's in wipro know wats their role actually. They can change their name to OR ( organisation resource).
