    Pros

    - Big organization - Might be a good company in other countries, but not in Canada

    Cons

    1. Many misinformation during the hiring process: Make sure you write down every single promise they give you before signing a contract. Don't assume they are just a usual Canadian company who you can trust by verbal promises. 1. Unclear team structure: You don't know who is your manager and who are you reporting to. My manager's name on the system was changing almost every other week. It was a mess when you needed someone to help you on a problem. Imaging you submit an expense claim and have to run for your money for months ... 2. Lack of support from HR. There were only one point of contact at HR in Canada who really doesn't reply to your emails/phone calls when you need her. 3. Lack of team spirit. They start speaking in Indian language in a meeting despite there are other non-Indian speakers. 4. No room for career progress unless you know somebody in higher management level. They are a very small an unorganized company in Canada under the name of a bigger name called Wipro. Just because they have thousands of employees doesn't mean you will be offered good opportunities on the projects you are interested in. 5. The worst work/life balance you can imagine! Don't expect any lunch time or break during the day. They might set up a meeting in India time which might be 2:00 am in Canada! 6. Management acts like a screaming boss not a leader. Meetings were more like a war zone than a productive group conversation.
