Excellent place if you would want tons of experience (regardless of how long you've been in the industry), great process and learn how to manage workers a lot better.

MANAGMENT: the manager believes he knows everything based on having a college degree and will not be open to suggestions. they only go through staffing for all positions besides admin positions. Therefore, all your team will be temps, the manager believes these guys/girls are temps for a reason and will not acknowledge any of them. Really bad work environment was there for 5 months and went through around 50-100 workers because of this (this is a small operation/8-man crew at most). One day the manager will tell you he wants the operations done a certain way then the next he will tell you that it is wrong and wants it done another way. As a lead you oversee the entire facility, making sure all orders are pulled right and your material handlers are on task along with making sure the building is secured at all times and much more. this is a doable job if you have the right personnel, it becomes impossible when the manager fires your whole crew, and you have to re-train an entire new crew every week. along with the manager requesting to watch employees taking out the trash "in case they are messing around" instead of doing important task. you are not just a lead there you are the manager of the floor along with the material handler/ forklift driver/ reach truck driver because no one wants to work for this guy. The pay is well but trust me it is not worth putting up with the Ego of this guy.
