      Pros

      Truly remote. Fair salaries. Correct with the obligations. And I don't see how "not meeting in person" could be a negative point considering it is a fully remote company. Communication works very well anyway.

      Honestly? None so far (after a couple of years at the company).

      Pros

      All the job is completely remote and all in english environment. In general the coworkers and bosses are relax people and comprehensive with you personal life time. As it is a small company you can have exposure to top leaders.

      Cons

      Don't have any extra benefit, not bonus, not settlement in case of dismissal. There is little transparency about the general state of the company, what makes you feel like you're just working with your team instead of being part of a big company. There are not clear paths to grow within the company.

      Pros

      It respects each country's holidays, and it is fully remote.

      Cons

      There is a lot of job instability; people from all positions get laid off every 2 or 3 months without notice or feedback. There is no career growth. There are tech leads, CTOs, or technical leaders. All bosses are in administrative positions.
