Cons

long hours, Toxic environment, Useless leaders, Unprofessional behaviour from supervisors, No guidance, Unrealistic deadlines (i was doing a job that it needed three people), They do not trust their employees, They are lying, they promised me a hybrid plan but they made me come to the office every day, I went there for something completely different and i end up doing data entry.

Pros

An interesting concept - but is it a business?

Cons

Erratic management, coherence, strategy. Hire to fire tends to be a 4-5 month run, so people come and go. Totally childish behavior and leadership.
