      - Learning a lot of new things everyday - Real startup environment with its ups and down - Lots of flexibility to think and implement new ideas if they make sense - Opportunities to grow and take a lot of responsibilities, compared to larger companies

      An interesting concept - but is it a business?

      Erratic management, coherence, strategy. Hire to fire tends to be a 4-5 month run, so people come and go. Totally childish behavior and leadership.
