Pros

Good benefits (free ferries and discount of South Western Railway)

Cons

Poor working conditions, sexism and bullying throughout the business, no chance in progression, questionable policies surrounding pay (fixed term paid less than permanent for doing the same job), very top heavy company that is focused on profits above people (including customers).

Pros

- Fair Pay - Good Holiday allowance - Good discounts with other businesses

Cons

- Poor standard of training to all new joiners - Lack of support from shore side managers for such a relatively small business - inadequate budgets for the operation and maintenance of the ships - Lack of faith in the equipment and/or machinery in use due to cost cutting - Early Starts occasionally
